Is everything transparent after the inventory, and have the first contours been defined? Then the plan can be tested for feasibility. Expectations and requirements are concretized in a 'plan of action'. "It will become clear what has been achieved when we are finished". There is a basis for brainstorming together.

Design is done purposefully, based on thorough analyses, in a team of (external) experts. We believe in integrated design. After the approval of the client, the design is made 'realisation ready'. Thorough technical drawings, and careful preparation prevent unpleasant surprises during the realization.

Sophistication is in the little things. Proportions, compositions, material and color combinations. But also in something as simple as daylight, or more complex technology. Architecture does not shout over and is basically subtle and intimate. It challenges, is focused on use, and adds sight to the environment. It strengthens the quality of the urban development site.

Ecological footprint, careful with what is valuable.

By making buildings that last a long time (functionally and structurally), a big step can be taken in terms of sustainability. It is important to have an early eye for reuse. It starts with cherishing what is valuable. Existing qualities are strengthened and, where necessary, what is damaged is repaired. If there is no other option, we will remove something. Then we start again. The economical and careful use of available resources (materials, raw materials, water and energy) during realisation, operation and dismantling is step two. The aim is to keep the ecological footprint as small as possible during all phases. Working with sustainable and renewable sources and elements fits in with this. This makes us enthusiastic, ecology/green.
